Fall Guide
Fall is one in a set of four teaching manuals for the
classroom or home school. The seasonal title is used to
divide the year into quarters and contains plans for the months of
September, October, and November.
Each guide integrates practical
life, grace and courtesy, sensorial, math, language, science and the
natural world, geography, social studies, sign language, music, art,
yoga, and other learning experiences into a purposeful and
interrelated theme. The themes are based on Maria Montessori's own
writings and her "cosmic education."

Developed in the primary classroom (ages 3 to 6), the guides are
also used in the elementary (ages 6 to 12) classroom with minor
modification. Suggestions for use with the age groups are included
in the Supplement and in the 2008 guides.

child's life accomplishments and birthday.
The set of guides contain instructions for
non-Montessori work. This includes items that are readily available
or that may be hand made.

A daily art lesson is presented Montessori style, to be chosen

11" with 163 pages (text on both sides). It is
professionally printed and spiral bound to fold back and lay flat while in use.
